Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. A non-exhaustive list is shown below;
- Gift cards
- Intimate or sanitary goods (Underwear, socks etc)
- Downloadable software products (subject to instant download)
- Goods made to YOUR specifications or personalised
- Food goods which are no longer sealed
- Goods which have passed there expiry dates
- Items which form part of a multi pack or multi item deal (unless returned whole)
All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3 to 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
Due to the way refunds are posted there maybe varying timeframes before your refund is posted into your account.
If you haven’t received your refund, first re-check your bank account or card statement as different banks and companies have differing posting timelines.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise covered by the Consumer Rights Act.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit note for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange timelines may vary depending on where you live.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping, Therefore it is recommended you send your return using an insured and trackable service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
