We believe everyone has the right to be treated fairly and honestly and that it is the responsibility of everyone to make sure they do as little harm as one can possibly do, We feel that as a company it is our duty to strive to create a better world not just for our employees but for you as well.

To help us reach that aim we have worked to create a set of core values that we aim to follow everyday.

Employee Relations

Respect and safeguard workers’ rights.

Non-discrimination

All are equal, regardless of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, social or ethical group.

Employee Abuse

Treat everyone with respect and dignity. No physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal harassment or abuse.

Forced Labour

No use of forced labour, prison labour,  bonded labour, or any other perceivably forced forms of labour.

Child Labour

No one employed under the age of 16. Regardless of local customs.

Association & collective bargaining

Recognize and respect the right of employees to association and collective bargaining.

Health, Safety & the environment

Prevent accidents and/or injury and to work at or towards a low environmental impact.

Distribution

We partner with only distribution providers who must at the very least have a low environmental impact and adhere to the core principles set out on this page.

Compensation

Must start at minimum wage, meet the workers’ needs, provide extra support when needed.

Subcontracting

Subcontracting is undertaken only with those who agree to the same core principles set out on this page, They are monitored for compliance.

Hours of work

Unable to exceed maximum hours allowed by law and prevent employees exceeding a 48hr average week.

Code communication

Ensure the code is visible and communicated to employees in a way they understand it (Differing languages, written, audio) and ensure they are able to access the code at any time.
